This unsolicited concept was created in 2017 to explore the potential of macOS through a revamp of their visual language. The update involved a minimalist and modern approach with a strong focus on motion. In 2020, macOS “Big Sur” ended being fairly close to our concept. We ended up working with Apple for a year and a half on different of their internal products.

One OS for all

In 2017, we were also exploring the concept of having one source code that would work for both iOS and macOS app. Apple later introduced this functionality in 2019.
