Step 1: Define the Vision

Once the requirements have been determined, you can move on to defining the product specifications. These will clearly define the features and functionalities in more detail. It’s important to make these super comprehensive and include everything from the user interface to the technology behind it.
Step 4: Define the Roadmap
The next step, the product roadmap, will be important to help outline the timeline for the product’s development and release. It should include milestones, deadlines, and dependencies and should be reviewed regular basis to ensure that things are on track and make any necessary adjustments along the way.

Get feedback from the stakeholders once the initial PRD is completed to make sure that everyone is on the same page. Ensure that all questions and concerns are addressed so that tweaks can be made to the document before the project enters the design and development stage.
