Find the UX pain points costing you conversions and repeat customers. We review your website or product, uncover friction in key journeys, and prioritize the improvements most likely to move your business forward.

Find the friction.
Focus on what matters.

As part of Discovery & Strategy, we examine the journey from first impression to repeat use. Expert review, available analytics and user feedback lead to clear findings, annotated issues and priorities based on likely impact, with practical next steps for design and development.

What will we receive from the UX audit?

You receive annotated findings, a prioritized list of UX issues and practical recommendations for the agreed journeys. We explain the evidence behind each finding and weigh likely business impact, confidence and implementation effort. The goal is a clear decision on what to fix first, not an unfiltered checklist.

How do you focus on conversion and retention?

We examine where people hesitate, abandon a task or fail to get value, from first impressions and sign-up to onboarding, checkout and repeat use. Available funnel data, user feedback and support themes help us prioritize the pain points. We distinguish observed problems from hypotheses and recommend how to measure improvements after changes are made.

Can you audit our product without reliable analytics?

Yes. Expert UX review can identify usability risks, unclear messaging and broken journeys without complete analytics. We separate expert observations from data-backed findings, then recommend the tracking or user research needed to validate the most important opportunities. The audit makes the next decision clearer, even when your data is incomplete.

How is this different from an introductory design review?

An introductory review can highlight a few initial opportunities. A full UX audit is a scoped assessment within Discovery & Strategy, with deeper journey analysis, documented findings and a prioritized action plan. We agree on the coverage, timeline and investment before starting, so you know what the assessment will include.

Can you design and build the improvements?

Yes. Our designers can turn the recommendations into improved flows, distinctive UI and working prototypes. We can bring our own developers or collaborate with your team to implement the agreed changes. A website redesign or product design engagement can follow the audit, but you can also use the findings independently.

How does the UX audit fit into Discovery & Strategy?

A UX audit is part of our Discovery & Strategy work. It focuses on the problems and opportunities in your existing experience. Depending on your goals, Discovery can also cover audiences, competitor analysis, user journeys and a broader product roadmap. We agree on the right depth and priorities before starting.
